Charanjit has been working as a CHHA for more than ten years. Charanjit explored Home Care when he was an undergraduate at Kean University. He brainstormed ways to earn extra money and pursued Home Care because his wife often shared her rewarding experience helping individuals in need.

Donna has been working for Family & Children’s Service for more than 13 years. Donna received her license through the FCS CHHA training course offered to Monmouth County residents.

Manjit has been working for Family & Children’s Service for more than ten years. She received her certification with the Jewish Family and Children’s Services of Elizabeth. She earned a scholarship because of her previous work in the medical field in India.

Congratulations to our October aide of the month. Jean Fields introduced herself to the FCS Home Care team in 2011. She adapted fast to our mission and values and discovered her passion. She completed her CHHA training with FCS. She was encouraged by her father to take the class. Jean had to take care of her father when he suddenly became ill.
