The Director of Nursing is committed to the Mission and Vision of FCS and promotes them with the Staff and in the community. Has overall responsibility for Home Care Services: planning, organizing, budgeting and directing the activities of the program as well as its daily clinical functions. Responsible for the training and supervision of Client Care Coordinator, Home Care Coordinator, Home Health Aides and Nurse Supervisors. Performs all duties in accordance with the FCS values and Code of Conduct.

Adult Protective Service Social Worker (Middlesex County)

Middlesex, NJ

FCS is seeking a full-time social worker for our Middlesex County office; to provide direct services to vulnerable adults living in the community who are subject to abuse, neglect and exploitation.

Applicants must have strong social work skills, be willing to work with a varied population and be comfortable performing home visits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator and a team player.

Representative Payee Specialist

The Representative Payee Specialist is responsible for providing daily administrative support for the program. Oversees and provides reports on client balances monthly to insure those SSI clients do not exceed the Social Security limitations. Applicants for Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) must have a valid, current license from the New Jersey Board of Nursing.  CHHA applicants must also have a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance.
