Every October, FCS holds a major Gala fundraiser to support the agency's programs and services. “Under A Tuscan Moon” raises $128,000 for Family & Children’s Service
Annual Gala Honors Long-standing FCS Board Members and Community Leaders
Long Branch, NJ, Nov. 9, 2011 – More than 200 friends, family and supporters of Family & Children’s Service (FCS), Monmouth County’s oldest non-profit agency, braved the early winter snowstorm Saturday, October 29, to dine and dance the night away at the FCS’s annual gala “Under a Tuscan Moon” at Deal Golf & Country Club, raising $128,000 for the century-old agency. The annual event, the largest fundraiser of the year, supports FCS’s wide array of programs and services including child literacy, Medicare assistance, home health care and adult protective services.
