In keeping with tradition, FCS will honor one individual and two organizations for their outstanding service to our agency and the community: Ranney School, an independent, college preparatory day school located in Tinton Falls and the Ranney School Parent’s Association (RSPA); the Guttenplan Family Foundation, who has generously supported the agency for many years; and longtime FCS Board member and former Board president, Arlene Lospinoso of Middletown.
